Lunarlamps.com online shop does sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. Also we have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. But you do need to confirm your lamp size or style before buying.

Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

1. If you receive a damaged Moon Lamp, please notify us immediately via e-mails and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or an exchange within 45 days from the delivered date.

2. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product, except for the Personalized items there is a 50% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

All prices on this website are quoted in US dollars, please understand before buying the currency.

Currency problem is not refund the list.

Customers are able to cancel or change within 12 hours for free. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders( after the design file confirm, lamp on production process) of personalized items there is a 50% restocking fee.

Custom Moon Lamp for a custom made products, once it is shipped, we do not accept the cancellation.

During Christmas period（12.5-12.25）

Because the reason of orders surges, The Logistics slowed down, so the shipping time will delay, We do not accept this reason of refund or cancel.
